SYNO Pulse is a subscription based service that ensures your organisation and staff receive enterprise-grade support and training for all SYNO Global products, which includes warranty, licensing and real time monitoring.

What is included in the SYNO Pulse managed services agreement?

SYNO Pulse Managed Services is a virtual product that provides the following features and commitments to the client investing in SYNO Global technologies;

– Software licensing to operate products that are covered by this service agreement and supplied by SYNO Global.
– Warranty for all products supplied by SYNO Global covered by this service agreement, including software updates and reporting services.
– Proactive 24/7 monitoring of technology components deployed across facilities and associated zones via our SYNO Pulse cloud monitoring services for all compatible products supplied by SYNO Global.
– Level 1, 2 and 3 on-demand technical support for all associated products covered by this managed services agreement during business hours.
– Onsite technical support for priority and mission-critical requirements.
– Access to SYNO Pulse Support Centre for self-service problem resolution and live agent support.
– Dedicated SYNO Global account executive.
– Product training for primary contacts as specified by the customer.

Do I have to purchase SYNO Pulse licenses?

Yes. SYNO Pulse licenses are required when you purchase any SYNO Global product.

How does SYNO Pulse licensing work?

SYNO Global products are licensed on a criteria basis. Each organization is licensed based on the deployment type, technology mix and is renewed at the termination date.

How do I buy an SYNO Pulse license?

When your organization makes the decision to purchase SYNO Global technologies, you can speak to your account executive to discuss licensing requirements.

Do I have to buy more licenses every time I install technologies like SensFloor by SYNO Global in new zones?

Not necessarily. Zones are usually bracketed to determine licensing costs. Eg a single facility that has the technology deployed in three (3) will not incur new costs should they deploy technology in a fourth (4) room.

How does licensing vary between different technologies?

It doesnt. Licenses are based on count in terms of distribution across facilities and zones. Each technology stack presents similar licensing requirements that vary in cost and range but will scale with your orgnaisation.
